Step 1: Movement Assessment
The movement assessment is an essential first step in the Muv Better training program. I’ll instruct you through how to perform specific movement sequences and observe your stability & mobility, assess your spinal stability, explore movement pattern corrections, and determine which of your movements and activities may require strength training.
It establishes a baseline that we return to as we measure progress throughout the training program. The screening is a crucial element I utilize in the design of your customized plan.
