Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Muv Better Pilates & Training, we understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to change your plans. However, if you must cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. This ensures smooth functioning of our classes and our ability to accommodate all participants (including those on the waitlist). If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, you will be charged $10, but receive your class credit back. All no-shows will incur a $15 no-show fee & also receive their class credit back. Thank you for your understanding.
